The International FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Board has been developing an FP&A Maturity Model for many years. Many organisations, regardless of size, industry or geography, are now adopting these guidelines to transform their FP&A function.

Transformation normally includes moving from spreadsheets to technology and a review of people and processes. It requires a clear vision of current to future state and appropriate project management skills to ensure success.
