Current Vacancies
GK Horizons is seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Associate Director with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience. Australian based is essential please do not apply if you are outside Australia.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, lead end-to-end project delivery, and grow client relationships and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Workday Adaptive planning implementation projects
- Build strong mutually beneficial long term client relationships with clients and vendor partners
- Support renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth
- Coach and develop consultants within the team
- Collaborate on pre-sales, demonstrations, effort estimates
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Adaptive Planning implementation experience (essential)
- CPA/CA or strong FP&A understanding
- Strong stakeholder management and team coaching skills
- A desire to use your experience for a more independent and financially rewarding consulting career

- Lead discovery and design, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure quality, manage risks, and support project delivery.
- Collaborate on pre-sales, demonstrations, effort estimates
- Contribute to internal projects as requested
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Adaptive Planning implementation experience (essential)
- CPA/CA or strong FP&A understanding is preferred
- Excellent client facing communication skills
- Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
