Current Vacancies

We are currently seeking a Sydney based Junior Integration Consultant to assist with the integration with Workday Adaptive Planning.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Understanding customer integration requirements and develop effective project delivery solutions.
  • Develop integration best practices to ensure high quality and on-time project deliverables.
  • Design integration solution options that are fit for purpose, align with integration principles and support strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of integration principles, patterns and standards that will govern the approach to application and data integration.
  • Elicit and documenting integration requirements, ensuring adequate coverage of business scenarios, requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with Associate Directors and teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver integrated digital solutions.
  • Play an active role in troubleshooting client issues

Key Skills and Strengths:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting supporting operational accounting and finance functions, particularly budgeting and planning, close process management, and management reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • Minimum 2 years work experience with Pentaho and other scripting knowledge
  • Minimal 1 year experience with project management and database knowledge
  • Functional and/or technical proficiency of at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion (PBCS / EPBCS), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC))
  • Adaptive Insights experience preferred
  • Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments
  • Ability to work with a small but fast-growing team
