About the role

We are looking for Sydney based Consultants with experience implementing budgeting and forecasting software to join our rapidly growing team.

You will be client facing and involved in the implementation and support of Workday Adaptive Planning – an easy to use, cloud based budgeting and forecasting, consolidation and BI application. This role also offers an opportunity to work on multiple products and an opportunity for all employees to be involved in the entire end to end process gaining a 360° view to fast forward knowledge.

Consultants are responsible for supporting the project team in the delivery of projects. This includes assisting with model development, identifying and communicating risks and other activities directed from the lead consultant such as proof of concept development.

More about you:

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in budgeting and forecasting product implementation is essential with products similar to
    • Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred)
    • Anaplan
    • Board
    • Jedox
    • Tagetik
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of work experience, preferably within consulting.
    Finance experience with focus on planning, budgeting and forecasting.
    Ideally have worked in a Big 4 consulting company previously.
    Undergraduate degree.
    Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
    Well organised, self-motivated, team player.
    Client facing skills such as advanced communication skills and presentation skills.
    Keep up to date on current and emerging technologies.

About the role

We are looking for a certified Board platform integrated business planning Consultant with proven implementation and consulting experience with the application.  As a customer facing consultant, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the project team with the delivery of Board platform projects. This includes assisting with model development, identifying and communicating risks and other activities directed from the various team leads, such as proof of concept development.

This role also offers an opportunity to work on multiple products, as GKH currently offers 3 FP&A and Business Intelligence solutions. There is also the opportunity to be part of the end-to-end project life cycle with our diverse and experienced advisory, delivery and pre-sales teams.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation of Board International’s budgeting and forecasting software
  • Minimum 2 years’ finance experience with a focus on planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Consulting experience highly advantageous
  • Client facing skills such as advanced communication skills and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, and keen to consult in multi-industry and sectors
  • A keen eye for details and proactive troubleshooting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has experience managing the implementation of budgeting and forecasting application projects. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure projects are delivered to GK Horizons and meet the client expectations. Provide leadership to project teams whilst supporting the Director of Consulting in managing the projects’ resourcing, efficiency and effectiveness. To be successful in this role you will have excellent verbal & written communication skills, acute attention to detail and have a proven track record of successful project management.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing various project workstreams and ability to work independently
  • PM Certification (such as Aglie, PMBok, Prince2)
  • Advanced skills among Microsoft Office products
  • Client facing skills such as advanced communication skills and presentation skills
  • A keen eye for details and proactive troubleshooting
