Catholic Healthcare (CHL), after a peer review with CIOs in Age Care and an Advisory process delivered by GK Horizons (GKH), selected Workday Adaptive Planning (WDAP) as its EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution.
Catholic Healthcare is a not-for-profit aged care provider that has been operating for twenty-eight years. Currently, Catholic Healthcare provides a broad range of services and lifestyle options;
- Retirement Living Villages for those choosing a lifestyle change;
- Home Care Services if you need help around your home; or,
- Residential Aged Care Home for peace of mind and full time support.
As part of a broader finance transformation, and to prepare for upcoming legislative changes, CHL sought an agile planning solution to assist with organisational financial planning and reporting strategy. CHL aims to standardise the Budgeting, Planning and Analysis (BP&A) process to provide visibility into the company’s performance, on a single extensible platform for key stakeholders to enable informed and timely business decisions.
Working with the GK Horizons Advisory team, Catholic Healthcare plotted its business design, defining the drivers, data and processes required for their future vision. Workday Adaptive Planning’s flexible platform will host CHL’s single source of truth and provide a reporting strategy within an integrated workflow.
