Dynamic Report Parameters with Context Filters
- Sync report parameters with perspective filters for improved relevance
- Reports automatically adjust based on filter selections
Consistent Data Access & Permissions
- Report access aligns with existing security
Version Specific Overrides For Linked Accounts
Enable Linked Accounts For Data Entry In Specific Plan Versions
Availability: Automatically Available
Why this is important: Enhances flexibility, accuracy, and efficiency in planning models with linked accounts across versions.
Override Links For Specific Versions
- Select a plan version for the override
- Import data into the account, use Predictive Forecaster, or enter data directly on sheets
Leverage links for specific versions
- If no link overrides are set, accounts can link to other accounts and pull data using dimension link filters.
Customizable Link Filters & Settings
- Override Links For Specific Version: Enables override fields for account
- Link Version Selector: Allows users to select a plan version for override
- Override Link Setting: None to keep link or Data Entry to enable imports and data input on sheets.
Shared Scenarios
Share Your Personal Scenarios With Other Collaborators
Availability: Automatically Available
Why this is important: This updated feature will provide improved collaboration and efficiency for financial planning scenarios.
New Share Option in Actions Menu
- Select specific users or groups to collaborate effectively
- Share relevant dashboards for data review and updates
- Add notes with clear instructions for collaborators
Streamlined Submission Management
- New “Manage Submissions” option in the Actions menu for scenario lists
- Track collaborator status in real time: In Progress, Submitted, Approved, Sent Back
Automated Scenario Notifications
- Instant updates keep owners and collaborators informed at every stage
- Notifications include scenario name, involved users, and direct links to relevant pages
Workday Adaptive Planning Data Agent Upgrade
With this release, the Workday Adaptive Planning Data Agent is upgraded to Java 11 and Pentaho 9.3 for added security and long-term support.
Why this is important: This updated will provide improved security considerations and vulnerabilities to enhance the platform’s overall security posture.
