Geoff Martin – Think Big HR
Led national HR teams supporting client of up to 2,100 employees. Consulted to internal C Level clients. Extensive M&A experience in due diligence and integration, restructuring and redeployment, off-shoring, and culture change. Workforce planning leadership responsibilities have ranged from growing a Publicly Listed company’s workforce from 200 to 950 in three years, to reducing a bank’s workforce by 800 roles in business process offshoring. Commercially astute, with a background in relationship management to corporate clients in banking, as well as financial literacy as an executive of an ASX listed company.
Ooi Keong Yeo – Senior Business Psychologist, Workday
Keong is a published, registered organisational psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Board and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. He is an employee experience (EX) specialist with over 10 years of HR consulting experience around employee insights and analytics as well as psychometric assessment.
Randy Wong – COO, CFO Director of Advisory
Randy brings over 25 years’ experience in both Finance Transformation and CFO roles across several industries in Australia and Asia Pacific. Randy was previously CFO at a number of leading law firms and also led the Finance Transformation management consulting practice at KPMG APAC.
