Each year the independent body BPM Partners perform a BI and EPM/CPM customer survey and publish the results in their annual ‘Pulse of Performance Management Survey’. For the past 5 years, Adaptive Planning has ranked number 1 for customer satisfaction. We are pleased to learn that Adaptive Planning has taken the gold medal again in 2013. This certainly makes our jobs easier as implementation partners and support providers.
