3-Dec-13 – BPM Partners recently released the results of their latest customer survey into CPM software vendors. Adaptive Planning has taken top honours again, for the 6th year in a row! This should give the Adaptive Planning community a huge amount of confidence heading into the new year. Here are the key points;
- Adaptive achieved the top score in the top group that BPM Partners tracks – beating Oracle Hyperion, SAP, IBM Cognos/TM1, and Host Analytics.
- Adaptive ranked top in Overall Satisfaction across all vendors in this group. This metric is the main score that BPM Partners uses to rate each vendor.
- Adaptive beat all of the vendors in this category in 10 out of 12 criteria (Oracle, SAP, IBM/TM1, Host Analytics).
- Adaptive beat Oracle, SAP and IBM/TM1 in 11 out of 12 criteria.
BPM Partners was founded by Craig Schiff who was a founding member of Hyperion and helped create and define the space, as well as founded OutlookSoft (now SAP BPC). There are few other analysts in the space that have as much hands on experience with CPM as Craig Schiff.
